Audio: [It Usually Works](https://drive.google.com/file/d/1Fb4YMby1OD6IKlJeE2M1pc10CKrEHOfK/view?usp=drivesdk)
Most days, my routine works without problems. I wake up, get ready, and leave the apartment at the same time as always. I take the same bus, sit near the window, and listen to music while the city slowly wakes up. I know how long the ride takes, so I don’t worry about checking the time too often. By the time I arrive at work, I usually have a few minutes to spare.
At the office, things follow a familiar rhythm. I open my computer, check my emails, and start with the simplest tasks. I’ve done this job long enough to know what to expect. When something small goes wrong, I already know how to handle it. I talk to the right person, adjust what needs to be adjusted, and move on. Most of the time, that’s enough.
During lunch, I go to the same place near the building. They know my order, and I don’t have to think about it. It saves time and energy. In the afternoon, I finish what I started in the morning and prepare for the next day.
Nothing about it is special or exciting, but that’s fine. I like that I don’t have to make decisions all the time. The system isn’t perfect, but it usually works, and that makes the day easier to get through.
