Audio: [Today It Didn’t Work](https://drive.google.com/file/d/1vVrgnPS2Y-Y9G2TiapYRxylXHKDBO4NG/view?usp=drivesdk) Normally, the printer works without any problems. I send the document, it makes a little noise, and a few seconds later the pages come out. I’ve been using it for years, and it almost never fails. That’s why I didn’t think twice this morning when I needed to print a few forms before leaving for work. I turned it on, opened the file, and clicked “print.” Nothing happened. I waited. Usually it takes a moment to warm up, but this time the screen just showed an error message. I tried again. Same result. I checked the paper tray. It was full. I checked the ink levels. They were fine. Normally, if something goes wrong, restarting the printer solves it. So I turned it off, counted to ten, and turned it back on. Still nothing. I don’t usually get frustrated with small things like this because, honestly, it always works in the end. But today it didn’t. I had to send the file to a nearby copy shop and walk there before work. It wasn’t a big disaster, just inconvenient. Most days the printer does exactly what it’s supposed to do. Today was the exception.
